Yin Yoga – eine sanfte Praxis von lang angehaltenen Positionen. Der Fokus liegt auf der Dehnung und Vernetzung der Faszien sowie auf dem achtsamen Atmen und dem meditativen Geist. Wir lernen einfache, aber kraftvolle Positionen in dieser Praxis; statt Bewegungen zu fokussieren, die auf Muskelkraft aufgebaut sind, gehen wir voll in die Dehnung der Gelenke und Sehnen und wirken somit auf unser unseren Körper durchziehendes Faszien System. Ein gesundes, flexibles Faszien System ist nach neuesten Erkenntnissen genau wichtig für unsere Gesundheit wie die Stärke und Flexibilität der Muskeln. Die Yin Yoga Praxis schenkt dir ein wunderbares neues Gefühl der tiefen Meditation und des Gefühls für deinen Körper.

Yin Yoga – a gentle practice of holding special positions. The focus is on the expansion and interconnection of joints, ligaments and fascia (tissue that covers the muscles) as well as on the mindful breathing and meditative spirit. We learn simple but powerful positions in this practice; instead of focusing movements, which are based on muscle strength, we go fully into the strain of joints and tendons and, thus, affect our our bodies through pulling fascial system. A healthy, flexible fascial system is just important to our health as the strength and flexibility of muscles according to the latest findings. The Yin Yoga practice gives you a wonderful new feeling of deep meditation and a sense of your body.
